Terms of service

1. Parties and service

Moody is a product of Quinsy. Operator: Quinsy UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Moody is a web-based mood board studio (infinite canvas, sharing, collaboration) and may include a browser capture extension and Figma companion. Features may change during beta.

How we host the service, which processors we use, and how fonts are delivered (including self-hosted marketing fonts vs optional post-signup typefaces) is described in the Privacy policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at contact@quinsy.app.

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or probe the service without authorization, abuse AI or sharing features, or use Moody in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of boards and assets you upload. You grant Quinsy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service (including public share links you create and features you invoke, such as AI analysis).

5. Availability and beta

Moody is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, Quinsy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not liable for slight negligence except for breach of essential contractual obligations, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory product liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Paid plans

If paid subscriptions launch, commercial terms, pricing, and refund rules will be stated at checkout and may supplement these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. Courts in Bremen, Germany, have jurisdiction to the extent permitted; consumers may also sue in their place of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the version and date below and, where required, by notice in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
